This program merges a collaborative, iterative equity-centered design approach with a steadfast commitment to systemic equity, equipping participants to lead inclusive, student-centered, and future-ready schools.

Graduates of this program will emerge as innovative leaders who can effectively address systemic challenges and inspire equity-centered transformation in their schools. They will be equipped to design inclusive, healing-centered environments that promote learning and belonging for all students.
